One plan, and it holds. $199 a month covers your first five accounts with every capability — and every capability we ever add. Need more people? Each extra person who can sign in is a flat $39 a month. Want a faster answer when something is urgent? Add Priority Operations. No tiers, no modules, no upsell calls — build the plan below, and the total is the whole bill.

- Up to 5,000 e-mails a month included for your notices; packs of 1,000 for $5 a month ($48 a year on a yearly plan), as many as you need.

That sentence is the product. When a radio goes missing, when an audit lands, when a dispute starts — what you need is a custody record nobody could quietly rewrite. The price funds exactly that: a history no account can edit, a complete audit trail, encrypted backups only your own passphrase can open, and two-factor sign-in your workspace can require.

No surprises, by design
Per person, honestly
You pay for people who can sign in — not for rows in a table. Five accounts come with the base plan; beyond them, each extra person is a flat $39 a month. Disable a member and their seat frees on the spot; re-enabling simply checks the limit again. Adding seats mid-period bills only the prorated remainder; reducing seats settles at your next renewal. You subscribe and pay by card inside the app, from Settings › Billing; the payment window is Paddle’s and card details never touch GearLogs.
Priority Operations, if you want it
An optional add-on at $99 a month ($990 a year): we aim to reply first to your support requests within 4 business hours (Sunday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Israel time). Switch it on or off from Settings › Billing at any time — the prorated amount is shown before anything is billed, and switching off credits the unused time to your next invoice. Everything else in GearLogs is the same with it or without it.
Billed by Paddle
Paddle is our merchant of record: they process payment, apply the correct taxes, and issue your invoices. Card details are entered on Paddle's secure pages and never touch GearLogs.
Leave without a fight
Cancel yourself, any time — it takes effect at the period end, and one click undoes it before then. Afterwards your workspace stays read-only and fully exportable for 12 months, then deleted with at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail. Your records were always yours; see the refund policy for the rest.
